Shipping & Return Policy
- All sales are NOT subject to a refund.
- All returns for damaged goods must be requested within 3 days of receipt. No credit will be issued after 3 days.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with their original tags intact. 30% restocking fee will be charged if items are not in the original condition.
- Customers must email us a picture of the damaged merchandise. Approval email with RN# will be provided after the review.
- Return credits will be issued after the return is received and inspected by our return department. Please allow 24-48hrs after the return is received.
- No credits will be issued for ANY unauthorized returns.
- Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
- All “final sale” items and not eligible for return or exchange.
- International orders are not refundable.
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
To file a claim on damaged items, please email [email protected] for your Return Authorization Number (RA#) request. We do not accept returns without a RA# approval.
Please include your Order No. in the subject line and the following information in the body:

- A hard copy of RA# approval email MUST be included in the return package.
- We highly recommend you to send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges.

General Shipping Policy
❏ In-stock availability is subject to change without a notice due to limited stock quantity for multiple sales channels. In the case your order cannot be fulfilled due to out of stock, you will receive a notice immediately with further instructions.
❏ Changes and order modifications are not allowed once the order is "shipped".
❏ All pre-orders will be shipped out once the item becomes available in stock.

❏ Order processing takes 1-2 business days to be packaged and shipped out.

❏ Shipping courier : USPS priority. UPS ground.
Non-US shipping - We ship worldwide !
❏ International order processing takes 1-2 business days to be packaged and shipped out.
