Shipping & Return Policy
Not all sales are subject for a refund. In some cases, merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, including, but not limited to, refused and unaccepted packages. All items must be returned in it's original condition, with all original packaging included, and without any modifications. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. All claims, including defective and non-defective item returns, must be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt of goods. Please contact us regarding your claim at [email protected]
Encore Jeans is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.
Orders will generally be shipped no later than two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
To cancel orders placed with us at Encore Jean, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
