Since it's inception, Blu Pepper quickly gained a following amongst worldwide corporate retailers and boutiques alike for it's signature flair and coveted style.

Blu Pepper's Return Policy
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of our products, we will assist you with a prompt credit or exchange.
All returns & exchange orders must be notified within 7 days upon receiving the order.
Return credits will be issued after receipt of items and after they have been inspected by our Returns Department. Items must be returned in its original package.
ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, AND THEY CAN NOT BE RETURNED.

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
You must receive the RA# from our sales representatives for your claim to be processed. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without the RA#. All credits will be applied as store credit. Credit card refunds cannot be issued.

Once you notify us with your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Please add the Return Authorization Number on the return box before you ship it out. This way we will be able to issue the refund faster without any confusion.
We recommend you to send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges, including rush charges.
All other returns that surpasses the return period, excluding manufacturer defects, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Blu Pepper's Cancellation Policy
To cancel orders placed with us at Blu Pepper, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within 2 hours of the time the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
Blu Pepper's Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped as ready. If any pre-order items are in your order we will ship once they become available.
It is an essential job for us to make sure we deliver our customer's orders complete and on schedule. We know that for some of our customers, time is a very valuable thing and we want to make sure it is not wasted. That is why we have chosen UPS exclusively for our main shipping carrier.

UPS Ground Shipping
Delivery within 7 business days for orders placed by 10 AM PST, MON-FRI.
UPS 3 Day Select
Delivery within 3 business days for orders placed by 10 AM PST, MON-FRI.
UPS 2nd Day Air
Delivery within 2 business days for orders placed by 10 AM PST, MON-FRI.
UPS Next Day Air
Delivery within 1 business day for orders placed by 10 AM PST, MON-FRI.
Allow one additional day for Hawaii and Alaska.
We try our best to ship out your orders on the same day, but with a high volume of orders it may take up to 48 hours when all items are in stock. Usually if we receive the orders before 10:00 AM PST, there is a higher chance that your order will be shipped out the same day. If you urgently need your order, you can always make a special request to our sales representative by leaving us a comment on the check-out box or by via e-mail/fax/telephone. We will try our best but we cannot make any guarantees because it will vary with how long the queue is.
The UPS pick-up truck always arrives by 3:00PM PST, we must prepare all shipments by this time. If you order after 10:00 AM PST we might not be able to prepare it on time. In this case, the shipment will be passed onto the next day.
Even though our main carrier is UPS, we do offer other carriers exclusively for our international customers. Please give us your carrier information in your order and we can confirm whether we can ship with them.
