Shipping & Return Policy
We allow returns on defective items ONLY.
To return an item, the buyer must email the following: invoice number, company name, style number, quantity, color, size, reason, pictures
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
The original shipping and handling cost is not refundable.
A fee is charged for returned checks.
Buyers have 10 days to make a return claim on defective merchandise, to avoid a restocking fee. (10%)
Buyers are reimbursed for defective items through store credit.
The vendor will provide return labels to the buyer for return shipping fees of defective merchandise.
We will be responsible for return shipping fees of defective items.
Returns after the 5-day period will not be accepted.

When sending email, please provide the following: images of the defective item(s), invoice number, style number, color,quantity, and size.
Orders will generally be shipped within one (1) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
To cancel orders placed with us at ANNICE, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
