To cancel orders placed with us at Ezra, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
The return policy is described as follows. Please read them carefully as they will be strictly enforced. Should you find any clear manufacturing defected item(s), the item(s) must be returned in the same condition (hanger and poly bag included) as it was sent within 14 days after receiving the garments. A notice must be sent to us with regards to the defected item(s) within 5 days after receiving the item(s) in writing via letter or email. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damages prior to shipment, it is the buyer's responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted for refund. There is a 20% re-stocking fee on all returned merchandise without RA (Return Authorization), refused and unaccepted package(s), or past the 5 day grace period. Items returned after 14 days from received date will not be accepted. All sales are final.
