Cancellation Policy for Crimson Ivy
***DUE TO HIGH VOLUME OF DECLINED CREDIT CARDS, YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED PRIOR TO SHIPPING THE MERCHANDISE TO ENSURE THAT YOUR CREDIT IS VALID THE TIME WE ARE READY TO SHIP. We apologize for this inconvenience but your merchandise will be shipped either the same day or within 3 business days from the transaction. We will always try to ship ASAP but during busy seasons, please be understanding that we are diligently working to ship out as fast as we can. -Thank you.
***Please note that ALL sales are FINAL. Orders are made to order so please allow 1~5 business days to process your order. (During busy seasons, average process days can take longer than 5 business days-- we apologize for the inconvenience) Because all orders are made to order, you cannot change the order once we have already started on production.
***All garments are printed by sublimation. ALL sublimation garments are printed piece by piece, they can have crease marks and slight irregularities on garments-- that is the nature of sublimation prints. But we can ensure our customers that we do our VERY BEST to print on the garments as clean as possible.
***Any returns that were not aware of the nature of sublimation prints will NOT be accepted. NO exceptions.
***1st time orders placed without sending Credit Card Authorization will not be processed until we receive your signed copy.
***If you need to cancel your order, please do so ASAP, but if we have already started on the production, you will not be able to cancel your existing PO.
***For any requested shipping method, if you do not request "declared value" for your shipments, we are not responsible for lost packages for full value of monetary claims.
***All replacement items for damaged pieces will be sent out UPS ground free of charge.

**If there are damages on your merchandise, please contact us within 3 business days or you will not be credited for the damages.
**If wrong merchandise was sent, please contact us within 5 business days and we will either credit or send you the correct merchandise. We will issue an RA# for returns. Please call for further information.
