Return Policy

Return Policy

With limited exceptions, valid returns are refunded in the form of store credit. Damaged/defective items will be subject to an exchange if in stock.
All store credit, refunds, and/or exchanges that are due will be issued within 3 to 5 business days after the return is processed.
Customers will be responsible for covering the shipping & handling costs to return your item(s).
Items must be sent back within 5 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.
Dogma Jeans is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on the availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

We charge when we pack your order and when it is ready to ship. To cancel orders placed with us at TOP TIER, please contact us by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved. If there is an issue with payment, we can hold the order for 3 days then we will have to cancel if we are not able to obtain payment.
