Return Policy

All sales are non-refundable. Only exchanges or store credit will be allowed. Shipping and handling fees are final, unless there is a manufacturer�s defect or fault.
To file a claim on damages, returns, or exchanges, please email [email protected] for your return authorization (RA).
All claims must be made within 7 days upon receipt of goods. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

There is a 20% restocking fee for any items returned without an RA, refused or unaccepted package(s), or past the 7 day grace period. We advise all buyers to check their goods immediately upon receipt in the event a style may be damaged or not expected.

We will provide a return label if items are being returned due to manufacturer�s defect. If the return is not due to any of these reasons, the buyer will need to return the goods on their own expense.

When you buy 3+ styles of SONG4U denim, we will accept all returns within 30 days if the sell thru is not as you expected.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within one (1) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation request must be made within the same day the order was placed before the order gets processed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion.
