Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with MUTEDCLAY!

* All sales are not subject to a refund as they are made to order.
* There will be absolutely no returns allowed for special orders, merchandise that have been worn or damaged due to customer�s negligence.
* Orders will generally be shipped within four (4) - five (5) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods.
* Product color and quality as seen on a monitor may vary slightly compared to actual items due to photography lighting conditions and individual screen color calibration.
* No store credit is issued after 5 days.
* Claims for any damage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise.
* To cancel orders placed with us at MUTEDCLAY Please contact us by email. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed.
*If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer must be approved before any order can be cancelled.
* Price on the invoice does not include shipping and handling fees.
* Shipping and handling are non refundable.
* We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged ??" no exceptions.
*A restocking fee/penalty of 40% will be charged for unauthorized returns or refused/unaccepted packages.

Cancellation Policy

* Orders can be cancelled by the buyer when in the "Newly Placed" Status. Once an Order is in a "Confirmed" status in FashionGo, it has been put into production and can no longer be cancelled.
* We typically confirm Orders within 1-2 Business Days after the Order is placed.
* When an order cancellation or change is necessary, a written request must be submitted and approved.
* If the cancellation request is made after the merchandise shipped, shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
