Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible merchandise and receive credit within 30 days of your receipt of the item.
Eligible Merchandise. Due to the nature of our products, all returned items must be received by Mapale in their original unworn condition, as a complete set (exactly as purchased), in the original, unopened, and undamaged packaging with tags and barcodes attached. We reserve the right to refuse store credit if, upon inspection, any returned item or packaging does not meet all eligibility criteria. The following items are never eligible for return:
� Panties
� Hosiery
� Sale items
� Clearance and final sales
� Items where the sewn-in garment tag has been cut or removed.
Return Pre-Authorization. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), which must be obtained within 15 days of your receipt of the item. Any items sent back without an RMA will be refused and shipped back to you. Please call 1.888.402.0012 or [email protected] to request an RMA before shipping back your item. We do not provide shipping labels or pay for shipping charges unless the return was due to our error. *Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Mapale, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
