Return Policy

1)All sales are not subject to a refund. In some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued. A written request to 'Her Bottari' must be approved. 2) Claims for any damage must be met within 7 days upon receipt of merchandise. 3) No store credit is issued after 15 days.(Absolutely no returns for special orders.) 4) It is the customer's responsibility to bring the products to our facility for exchange/return. 5) The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility if the reason for return is not a result of our error. 6) All items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included. 7) All returns will not have a restocking fee for 7 days only if the returned merchandise is returned in unopened condition with the manufacturer's seal. If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 10% restocking fee . 8) 20% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR CREDIT after 7 days. 9) $25.00 charge for any returned checks. 9) Price on the invoice does not include shopping and handling fees. 10) Shipping an d handling are non refundable.(Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Her Bottari, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
