Shipping & Return Policy
In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.
All orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days unless marked as a back order or pre-order. Orders will not ship out until receipt of full payment and the availability of goods. All orders will be shipped out by the selected shipping method, unless other arrangements or request have been made.
To cancel an order with us, you must call or email us within 24 hours to cancel the order (if the order hasn't been shipped yet) for us to successfully cancel it. If the order has already been shipped out and you wish to cancel the order, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order but will request the return of your order with the carrier. If not successful, then we will provide further instruction with the refusal of your order from the carrier so it can arrive back to our location. Any fees applied due to the cancellation of your order will be the consumer's responsibility. Refunds for the cancellation of your order will not be processed until it is confirmed that the canceled order package is with us or hasn't been shipped out. If any canceled orders are in transit back to our location then refunds will be processed once we receive the goods back.
