Yetts' Return Policy
** PLEASE CHECK ALL GOODS IMMEDIATELY UPON DELIVERY **
1. Damage Return: should you receive damaged or defective items, claim must be made within 4 business days from the confirmed order delivery date.
2. Other Return: if you are not satisfied with your order, you must request to claim a return within 5 business days from the confirmed order delivery date. All packages must be unopened and include original manufactures' packaging. Customer will assume return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
**Yetts will not issue a return authorization for damages and claims after indicated dates**
3. No refund, only store credit is available. Refund will not be issued.
4. No credit or exchange merchandise that was on sale, all sales items are final on merchandise that was on sale with a discounted price. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
5. All return packages attempted to be delivered without a return authorization number will be declined and shipped back to the sender.
6. To file a claim on a damaged item or return, please email or call customer service for your return authorization request with the following information; INVOICE#, COMPANY NAME, STYLE#, QUANTITY, COLOR, REASON FOR RETURN

Yetts' Cancellation Policy
To cancel orders placed with us at Yetts, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 20% of the value of the cancelled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "status" after they have been approved.
Yetts' Shipping Policy
Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
