Our company, Urbanarteez, is located in Los angeles. As a group of graphic designers, we wanted to showcases our different creative visions and styles to bring you our unique designs.

Our production process takes 1-5 business days after receipt of order. We thank you for your understanding. If an order is going to take longer than expected , we will contact you. If there are any items that need to be rushed , please let us know so we can make proper arrangements.

Return Policy

All sales are not subject to a refund . In some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued.
All returns will not have a restocking fee for 7 days if the returned merchandises is returned in unopened original conditions. If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 10% restocking fee.
20% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR CREDIT after 7 days .
It is the customer's responsibility to bring the products to our facility for exchange .
No store credit is issued after 15 days.(Absolutely no returns for special orders)
Any claims for damages and shortage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandises for replacements or store credit. We do not issue cash refunds.
Unit Prices on this invoice does not include shipping and handling. Shipping and Handling charges are non refundable. (including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages)

Shipping Policy

All productions are order based.
Usually, productions are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days after receipt of order.
Deliveries are based on the shipping method you choose.

Cancellation Policy

We have an all sales are final policy. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the purchase. If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer must be approved before any order can be cancelled.
