We are known for our eye-catching novelty prints, our flattering designs and inclusive sizing (XS-4XL offered on most styles). Our items are offered with a modern twist, making them just-right options for a range of events and occasions.

Shipping & Return Policy
- Unique Vintage only accepts returns if the items were RECEIVED damaged.
- No return of goods will be accepted without an assigned RA number.
- All RA requests must be received in writing within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
- Damaged goods will be replaced if inventory is available; if item is not available at this time a credit or refund will be processed.
- A FedEx return label will be emailed to the customer within 24 hours of RA approval.
- The customer has 7 days to print the return label and ship their return.
Placement of initial order confirms agreement and compliance with Unique Vintage’s terms and conditions.
Unique Vintage requires credentials for your permanent physical retail store AND/OR ecommerce website to establish a wholesale account. Other factors (such as location, merchandising, etc may also be considered when determining eligibility). For US States, a copy of a valid reseller’s tax permit is required.
PRICING, ECOMMERCE, UNAUTHORIZED SITES
Listed/advertised price must not be below the suggested MSRP (at least 2 times wholesale price). Our items on an approved retail website must be listed with brand “Unique Vintage” in the title of the product. Buyer is unauthorized to sell our product through EBay, Etsy, Poshmark, Facebook (including buy/sell groups), Amazon, or similar websites. No re-distribution of goods allowed to 3rd Parties/other wholesalers.
USE OF IMAGES
Our photos may only be used to promote the items that been purchased. Our standard product photos can be used on your E-commerce AND/OR social media accounts. However, our lifestyle/editorial images are strictly unauthorized for use on your ecommerce website. They may only be used for marketing purposes via social media. When any of our images are shared on social platforms, our account @uniquevintage must be tagged/credited in the post.
ORDERING POLICY & MINIMUMS
An order of 3 or more units per style (in the same color) is required. There is no dollar amount minimum and you can choose your own sizing. There are no minimums to reorder that same item once ordered previously. Fill-ins and special orders are encouraged! Once an order has been submitted, cancellations are not accepted.
Unique Vintage accepts the following credit cards; American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa as well as PayPal payments. Bank Wire Transfers will be accepted for orders over $500. Customers with declined credit cards and/or insufficient information will be contacted immediately. The customer has 72 hours to respond with payment arrangements, otherwise the inventory may be restocked and may affect your account status. For International shipments, please note that the shipping charge will billed separately from the order subtotal.
Unique Vintage ships Domestic orders via FedEx Ground and International orders via FedEx Int’l Economy unless otherwise requested and approved by Unique Vintage. Customs fees, duties & taxes are due upon delivery for items shipped outside of the United States and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Unique Vintage only accepts returns or exchanges if the items were received incorrectly or with a defect. Please carefully inspect all merchandise upon receipt so resolutions can be ASAP. Please include invoice #, style/size, reason for request and photo if applicable to [email protected]tage.com for review. Items that are reported past a reasonable time frame may be declined (past 48 hrs for order discrepancies or within 1 week for defects). Items that have already been sold to a retail customer are not valid for return/exchange.
Once an order has been submitted, cancellations are not accepted for in-stock merchandise (Immediates). For items that have been preordered, cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed to be accepted. please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page.
