Return Policy

Order cancellations must be requested by written form {letter or e-mail}.
No cancellations accepted after shipment.

All sales are non-refundable. Only exchanges or merchandise credit will be allowed. Shipping and handling fees are final.

RA (Return Authorization) for any damaged items must be made within 5 days upon receipt of merchandise. All items being returned for merchandise credit must be in its original condition with original packaging. Returned items must have an RA# or the returns will be rejected.

We will not accept any items being returned after 5 days from the date received. All sales items are final.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Turning Point, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
