Shipping & Return Policy
In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.
We process your orders within 48 hours after you place an order, and it takes 3~4 business days to arrive at your destination.
Orders received before 10 A.M. Monday - Friday PST (Pacific Standard Time) will be processed within 24 hrs pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 10 A.M. (PST) will begin processing the following business day (This excludes Saturday Sunday and Holidays). We do not offer Saturday delivery. We use USPS for all orders.
NOTE: Any orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will not be processed until Monday.
Domestic Shipping Methods and Costs.
Domestic orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail (3~4 business days). Cost is based on delivery service, price and weight of item, insurance and destination. To determine the cost, please add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping/handling costs on the review page of the checkout process. Shipping can be tracked with a USPS tracking number. Please allow one day to receive a tracking number.
NOTE: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO.
Free ground domestic shipping is offered on orders over $75. We do not ship outside of United States. Before we dispatch your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer.

NOTE: If you refuse delivery of the shipment, you will be held responsible for payment of all return shipping fees and any applicable fees, and taxes. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments. Which will be deducted automatically from your original form of payment.
TNO Apparels insures each purchase over $50 during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your address.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase.
To cancel orders placed with us at TNO Apparels, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
