Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy

All returns are done through email ONLY- please contact our returns department to obtain an RA#. Please provide your order number, company name, style number, quantity, photos of the item, and the reason for the return (damages, concerns, etc.)- any missing information may delay the returns procedure. The returns department will respond to you at their earliest convenience. All claims for damages, defects, and missing pieces must be reported within 5 days of reception. All non-defective items must be reported within 14 days of reception and may include a 20% restocking fee. Any claims after 14 days will not be approved. Returns with no return authorization number (RA#) will include a 10% restocking fee and store credit only. All sales are not subject to a full refund. Depending on the case, only store credit may be available. Not all returns qualify for a return label and in this case, it is the buyer's responsibility to return the merchandise. Any COD packages that are refused will be subject to additional shipping charges and all pending orders will be held. If no prompt action is taken, access to the website will be denied and additional fees may be applied. $25.00 charges to all returned checks and fraudulent charge backs. * BIG SALE CATEGORY: ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE NO EXCEPTIONS.


Shipping Policy

Any orders placed after 8:00 AM will start processing the next business day- no exceptions. ALL orders require at least 2 business days to process in order to confirm the availability of the items. This applies to any shipping method- UPS ground, USPS, and CARGO. Due to previous issues, we do not offer UPS Next Day, 2ND Day Air, and 3RD Day Air. For any special instructions, please use the "customer notes" section before checking out and we will try our best to fulfill your request but please understand that not all requests may be fulfilled.

We offer the COD payment option (Cashier's Check, Money Order), for customers with a good consecutive 6 month history and a minimum of at least 5 orders processed with our company- not based on history with other vendors on LA Showroom. Unfortunately, we do not accept Company Check and Wire Transfer.

Due to the high demand of our products, our inventory changes quickly. It is possible for an item to show "IN STOCK" when you place your order, but could be back ordered or out of stock by the time your order starts processing. If an item shows "IN STOCK", it is either in stock in our warehouse, or through our manufacturer. Please remember that we are distributors, NOT manufacturers. If it is in stock through our manufacturer, we will order the style from them, and they will send it to us- we have no control over how long it may take for them to send us the style. As soon as we receive the style, we will fill your order. Any styles with pre-order dates are ESTIMATED DATES given to us by our manufacturers- they may come in earlier or get delayed due to manufacturing issues. It is possible that our manufacturers may stop the production for some styles (even with pre-order dates), so we highly recommend not to pre-sell to your customers. Please note that these dates are given to us by our manufacturers, therefore we have no control over the changes. - ALL cancellations must be made prior to shipping. Once it has left our warehouse, we will no longer be able to cancel. Cancellations must be requested by the customer (unless the merchandise is sold out this does not include back order items). The cancellation request should only be made by e-mail or LA Showroom message. This will be useful for any future references if for some reason a canceled order is accidentally shipped out. If an order is not canceled, we are authorized to ship them out.

- Quantities over 60 pieces or 10 packs is considered a special order. Special orders may have a longer processing time, and special cuts may take at least 2 weeks. Please contact our Customer Service Department for further information. If a special order cancellation needs to be done, it must be approved by the MANUFACTURER before it can be canceled. Please note that a special order means that we will need get the style specially manufactured for your company.
