Cancellation Policy for Miss Chic
To cancel orders placed with us in LAShowroom.com, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the 'Message' system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the Order Status section under Status after they have been approved.
Return Policy for Miss Chic
All sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of good. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. We accept exchanges or for store credit for any damaged merchandise within 14 days after the receipt of the merchandise. The returned merchandise must be in ORIGINAL CONDITION with all original package and tags, UNWORN and UNUSED "With No Exceptions". The exchanged merchandise must accompanied by the original SALES RECEIPT. The Purchaser is responsible for the cost of bringing and/or shipping the merchandise back to our location. All SALES ITEMS are final, no exchange, no refund and no store credits are given.
