Return Policy

All RMA requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the merchandise.
� All returns must be SHIPPED BACK within 10 days of shipment receiving date. If not received or intransit to us within 10 days we can not proceed with the return
� All items must be returned to us in their original packaging, tags, labels, unworn, unwashed and new condition.
� All import apparel must be returned in the original polyester packaging.
� We consider the following as damages:
Holes, Manufacture Defects, Odor. Please note that all damages must be noticeable. Photos will be requested upon receipt of each return request.
� Any altered and/or modified items are not eligible for return.
� Any non-damaged return is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and at customer's shipping expenses.
� Please ensure that your return matches the criteria before having any merchandise sent back.
� Please consider delivery confirmation and or shipping insurance for your return package as we are not responsible for lost return packages without proof of shipment with tracking information.
� Attention to all international buyers, under all circumstances, all sales are final.
� Please make sure to include:
1) Company name 2) Order number/Invoice number 3) Image of all damages 4) Brief description of why you are returning. All information must be submitted via message.
� Shipping charge is non-refundable

Shipping Policy

SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING:
-Order processing takes from 1-2 business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods.
-Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made.
