Shipping Policy for Fascination

Orders received before 10:00 am PST, will generally ship the same day.

All UPS residential shipments will require a signature. If you do not require a signature, you will need to note it in the comments area of the order. Please note if you opt to not require signature, we will not be liable for lost packages.

Cancellation Policy for Fascination

To cancel orders placed with us at Fascination, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.

Return Policy for Fascination

We accept returns under following conditions... 1. We need to be notified of the manufacture defect item within seven days of your receipt of the product with the invoice number. 2. The product must not be altered to disguise as a manufacture defect item. Please pack your returns carefully including the plastic wrap the merchandise came in. Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days of receipt as a store credit only. 3. Please, completely inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If any item(s) is missing, leave the package and contents as is and contact us immediately so we may put a claim on it with freight company. 4. If the return was due to an error of ours, we will give you a store credit for your next purchase after we receive the wrong item. 5. Defective products must be returned within two weeks of your shipment received date. We are not able to issue a credit for item(s) after 10 business days. Fascination will issue a store credit for returned defective merchandise with the invoice only. Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. 6. Final approval of any return is based upon receipt and inspection, by Fascination of the product. 7. NO INTERNATIONAL RETURNS! ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL.
