Return Policy

All sales are final. We accept returns for damaged items as in store credit formats.

Store credit
To be eligible for a store credit, you must first email us within 5 days of receiving the merchandise at
[email protected] to alert us of the damage, then return he damaged item to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatilly be applied to your next order.


Shipping Policy

REHAB CLOTHING is always trying our best to process and ship orders the same day we receive them. Order and shipping process generally take 1-2 business days after receipt of payment also which may depend on availability of goods. We ship within the United States and internationally, and we apologize that we currently do not ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes.

SHIPPING RATES
Currently, we are only shipping through UPS. Shipping rates will be estimated during checkout. After the total weight of your complete order has been confirmed, the shipping charge will be adjusted. Depending on the weight of your order, the shipping charge may be more or less than your estimated quote. Orders shipped via UPS Ground usually arrive within 3-5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for all duties, tariffs, taxes, broker fees, all other customs related fees, and all freight charges.

TRACKING PACKAGES
A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail account with a tracking number.

STORE CREDIT
To be eligible for store credit, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise at 
[email protected] to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. 
Damage item claim emails must have the subject: DAMAGE CLAIM FOR #YOUR PO NUMBER.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your next order.

UPDATED REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the higher volume of online orders, we have an update for a smoother order process; 
For orders with "Processing"/" Pre-Authorized"/"Charged" status, cancellation and refund are not available.

In order to claim cancellation, you must email us at [email protected] before any payment process with the subject: CANCEL REQUEST FOR #PO NUMBER.
After we review the email, we will send a cancellation confirmation email. (If you do not receive a confirmation email, the cancellation is not processed)
*If emails do not have the correct subject title, your cancellation claim will not be processed*
