Shipping & Return Policy
In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.
- All sales are not subject to a refund. In some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued.
- Claims for any damage must be made within TWO (2) days upon receipt of merchandise. Claim must be emailed. Please attached to the email photos of the damaged item and include PO#, style#, and a brief description of the damage.
- All items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included. If the package is returned in opened condition (ex, tagged), there is a minimum 10% restocking fee.
- All returns will not have a restocking fee for 7 days if the returned merchandise is returned in unopened condition with the manufacturers' seal. 20% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR CREDIT after 7 days.
- If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer must be approved before any order can be cancelled. Any pre-order cannot be cancelled.
- Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable, including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.
- It is the customer's responsibility to bring the products to our facility for exchange.
- No store credit is issued after 15 days. (Absolutely no returns for special orders.)
- $25.00 charge for any returned checks.
