Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy

All sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.
After a shipment, in the event of a return, it is the customer's responsibility to return/ship the merchandise. Shipping charges will not be re-issued. Claims for any damage must be emailed to [email protected] within 7 days upon receipt of merchandise. Please note that credit card transactions take typically 3 to 5 business days to show on your account.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within one or two business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at EVENT, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion. If the shipment has not been sent for delivery a full refund will be issued. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved. Please note that credit card transactions take typically 3 to 5 business days to show on your account.
