Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy

All Shipping & Handling are non-refundable. This includes unaccepted or refused received packages.

To return merchandise for refund or replacements, please contact us through LAShowroom messaging, email, or phone call.
- Claims for any damages must be made within 10 days of acquisition of merchandise.
- If evidence is provided (photos, etc), then we will issue a return label (UPS Ground) free of charge.
- If there are no legitimate claims, the customer is responsible for the shipment of returned goods.
- All items returned must be in original packaging with all parts included,
- If refund is requested, it will be issued once merchandised is received on our end.
- If replacement is requested, shipping will be free of charge (UPS Ground only).


Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within the same day - one (1) business day after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Must Have, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 20% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
