Shipping & Return Policy
Any items damaged upon receiving your shipment can be returned for replacements or refund/store credit. Photo evidence and other auxiliary evidence must be provided. Damages must be reported within 7 days (1 week) of receiving the items. All replacements will be shipped to you Free of Charge. Refunds/Store Credit will be applied upon receiving your damaged return. Shipping fees of the original order are non-refundable.
If you wish to return a product that are not due to damage, then shipping must be processed by the customer. Any Non-damaged related returns must be sent within 7 days of receiving the items. Tracking numbers must be provided. We will provide UPS or USPS return labels at a fee, in which if requesting a refund/store credit, will be deducted from your refund/store credit. This policy is in place to cover our restocking costs on non-damaged returns. Refunds/Store Credit will be applied upon receiving and inspecting your return.
All returns must be packed securely and in it's original packaging as much as possible.
Orders will generally be shipped within the same day - one (1) business day after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
Any orders may be cancelled before the order is "Fully Shipped." Once the order is fully shipped out, it cannot be canceled. It is highly recommended to cancel your order within 12-24 hours of placing the order. If requested to be canceled, but is "Fully Shipped," then the customer is responsible for returning the merchandise. Since this is part of the non-damage related return policy, the customer must provide shipping for the return in order to receive refund or store credit.
