Please read them carefully as they will be strictly enforced. Should you choose to return your order, it will be assumed you have read and understand the return policies stated here.
CLAIMS-Goods must be counted upon received. We are not responsible for any goods altered from original delivery form. All claims or demands for defective merchandise must be made in writing by email to our Return Department within 10 days of receipt. You must receive an RA number from our sales representatives for your claim to be processed. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without an RA #. All credits will be applied as store credit. Credit card refunds cannot be issued.. the buyer must pay all costs related to return shipping. For your protection, we strongly urge you to ship your return using a traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEX to verify receipt of the return. It is your responsibility to ensure the secure packaging of returned merchandise to prevent any damages during the shipping process. We will not be liable for any costs associated with the damage or loss of any returned merchandise during transit.
RESTOCKING FEE-There is a 15% restocking fee for any items returned without its original packaging, returned without an RA#, or returned past the grace period.
30% restocking fee will be applied to any packages that are refused by the buyer.
PLEASE COUNT IMMEDIATELY. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS.

Mustard Seed's Cancellation Policy
To cancel orders placed with us at Mustard Seed, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
