Michel has been in the business for more than 20 years and the customers were very pleased and satisfied with its products. Michel promises to provide best product qualities and customer services.

Return Policy

In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within seven (7) days after receipt of goods. Any return request made thereafter will be charged a 20% restocking fee. No return request can be accepted if a request is submitted after 14 days of receiving the goods.

20% restocking fee of the value of the goods will be charged on non-defective returns.
Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.
In some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued.

If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 15%-25% restocking fee (restocking fee may change depending on the condition).

If the return goods are not in the original condition (i.e. any of care label, label, or/and hangtag missing), refund/store credit cannot be issued.

It is the customer's responsibility to bring the goods to our facility for exchange.

$25.00 charge for any returned checks.

Claims for any damage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included (care labels, hangtags, labels).

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on the availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

*INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING*
We do not ship internationally unless a buyer provides its own UPS account number or requests to ship the shipment to the cargo warehouse/cargo shipping service located in the U.S.

UPS fine, which is subject to change without notice will incur if the shipping address is incorrect. (missing suite number, incorrect zip code, different city name, and spelling mistakes will result in address correction) Please make sure your address is correct. Please note, this fine is not determined by us, but by UPS. We do not have any control over this matter.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at MICHEL, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page.

Cancellation requests can be processed only when the order has not been shipped out. Cancellation requests should be made within 24hrs of submitting the order. All cancellation requests thereafter may incur a 20% restocking fee. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 20% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
