Shipping & Return Policy
All sales are not subject to a refund. In some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit can be issued.
The process of any return starts with the buyer requesting for a return of merchandise. We will only accept returns within 5 business days of the date of delivery of shipment. Any returns requested beyond the 5 business days, regardless of defects, damages, or shipping mistakes are not eligible for returns.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20%, unless the reason for return of merchandise involves damages, defects, or shipping errors caused by the company.
Returns that do not involve defects, damages, or shipping errors, shall be returned in unopened condition, with the manufacturer's seal. If the returned merchandise is in opened condition, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on the items returned.
If returning due to defects, damages, or shipping errors, we will provide RMA upon request. The returned package must be in the original packaging with all parts included. We will not provide RMA for returns that are not in the categories mentioned above. If returning for any other reason, the buyer must ship the merchandise at their own expense.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
All of our items come in packs. The packs we provide come with 6 pieces total. They will come either 2-2-2 (S-M-L) or 1-2-2-1 (S-M-L-XL).
We only do exchanges for full packs. We cannot exchange single pieces. For exchanges, a full pack must be provided by the buyer. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee. We will not exchange a pack of the same style for a different color.
For any claims on damages, defects, or shipping errors, please contact us via email [email protected] Please subject the email accordingly (i.e. Defect Item, Damaged Item, Wrong Ratio, Wrong Style, etc.). Please include your company name, an Invoice or PO Number, a brief description of the reason for return and photos or photographic evidence of your claim. A representative from our Return Department will reach out to you regarding your claim.
Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
To cancel orders placed with us at Love Tree, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 20% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
