Lolli Couture's Return Policy
In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number, as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. Unauthorized returns are subject to refusal or package abandonment. All returns with RA number must be returned within 30 days after receipt of goods. If the customer refuses a package, we reserve the right to abandon it, as that would technically be an unauthorized return. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 5 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.
Lolli Couture's Cancellation Policy
To cancel orders placed at LolliCouture, please contact us by phone, or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved. As stated in our shipping policy, orders are fully authorized on a valid credit card when they come in, and we typically ship within 3 to 4 business days, depending on availability of goods.
Lolli Couture's Shipping Policy
Orders will generally be shipped within three (3) to four (4) business days AFTER authorization of full payment, and depending on availability of goods. Once an order comes in, we authorize the credit card for the full amount, including shipping. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses. COD orders require a deposit (usually 20-25% of the subtotal) before processing, and must have a subtotal of at least $200. For shipping of shoe orders, most shoes are available to sell in a full case. The quantity of shoes in one full case may vary from different vendors, so please ask us before placing an order. Customers will get a discount if ordering a full case. However, if a customer places an orders in open sizes, please be aware of that certain sizes may not be available, and we will ship what we have.
