The company is less than a year old, yet it's members carry more than 10 years of experience in the garment industry. With a new line, Jodifl's goal is to be the number one provider of clothing to small boutique owners. Our mission is to produce quality and beautiful garments customers will be proud carrying!

Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy

1. All sales are not subject to a refund. Only damaged merchandise or sent incorrectly will be exchanged or be given store credit.
2. Any claim must be submitted to [email protected] within 5 days upon receipt and must include Sales Id, Boutique Name, Style Number, Quantity, Color, and Sizes along with PICTURES if items are damaged.
3. If merchandise is requested to be exchanged; upon notification a return label will be e-mailed to the customer. Then it is the customer's responsibility to bring the products with the original packing to our facility for exchange.
4. Claims for any damage will immediately receive store credit.
5. There is a 20% restocking fee for returns which get reported passed 5 days upon receipt.
6. Unless notified by customer, back orders will be processed and shipped through UPS with standard shipping as soon as the merchandise arrives.
7. In the case a payment declines, Jodifl shall contact the customer through phone or e-mail. If customer does not respond within 5 business days, the merchandise shall be released.
8. There are no refunds or store credits on claims submitted after 30 days.
