Shipping & Return Policy
In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.
Please read them carefully as they will be strictly enforced. Should you choose to return your order, it will be assumed you have read and understand the return policies stated here.
1. CLAIMS-Goods must be counted upon received. We are not responsible for any goods altered from original delivery form. All claims or demands for defective merchandise must be made in writing by email to our Return Department at [email protected] within 10 days of receipt. You must receive an RA number from our sales representatives for your claim to be processed. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without an RA #. All credits will be applied as store credit. Credit card refunds cannot be issued. the buyer must pay all costs related to return shipping. For your protection, we strongly urge you to ship your return using a traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEX to verify receipt of the return. It is your responsibility to ensure the secure packaging of returned merchandise to prevent any damages during the shipping process. We will not be liable for any costs associated with the damage or loss of any returned merchandise during transit.
2. RESTOCKING FEE-There is a 20% restocking fee for any items returned without its original packaging, returned without an RA#, or returned past the grace period.
30% restocking fee will be applied to any packages that are refused by the buyer.
PLEASE COUNT IMMEDIATELY. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS.
All sales are not subject to a refund. In some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued.
If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer must be approved before any order can be cancelled.
All returns will not have a restocking fee for 7 days if the returned merchandise is returned in unopened condition with the manufacturers' seal.
If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 10% restocking fee.
20% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR CREDIT after 7 days.
It is the customer's responsibility to bring the products to our facility for exchange.
No store credit is issued after 15 days. (Absolutely no returns for special orders.)
$25.00 charge for any returned checks.
Claims for any damage must be mad within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.
Price on this invoice does not included shopping and handling fees.
Shipping and handling are non refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)
