Return Policy

Damages of 3 pcs or less: Detailed images of each defective item must be provided through [email protected] which the appropriate INA employee must approve.
Store credit will be issued by default and refunds will only be provided upon request. INA will not issue a return label.
Returns made without authorization fall into the customer's responsibility and INA will not be held accountable.

Damages of 3 pcs or more: The same rules as the above will apply. However, INA will issue a return label for the damaged item upon approval.

Non-Damaged Items: All non-damaged items must return neatly folded and sealed in their original or similar packaging. The attached INA labels and tags must remain in their original condition.
Failure to do so will result in a 20% restocking fee. Only store credit will apply for non-damaged items. Refunds are not applicable. INA will not issue a return label.

*** Once you issue and receive store credits, refund requests are no longer accepted under any circumstances.
All returns must be made under both parties� agreement and within 30 days the merchandise is received. All sales are final after 30 days upon receipt of merchandise. ***


INA�s Images: Due to the model's image rights, please do not use the model's face in any images. INA is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of the model's face.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

Unshipped orders or items may be canceled depending on the Order Status.

? Buyer can cancel Newly Placed orders before they are confirmed by the vendor.
? Once confirmed, buyer can contact vendor via chat to cancel. If payment was captured, vendor will refund the respective amount at cancelation without penalty. However, vendor may or may not be able to cancel for buyer depending on the shipment situation.
? Any shipped orders will be subject to an RMA. Please check the vendor�s Return Policy for Details.
