Shipping & Return Policy
We want to make returns easy and simple. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow our easy guidelines for returns.
Submit an RA request via email (all returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number) and a form will be provided to you for a fast and easy return.
Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of receipt. Any returns sent after this time will not be honored.
Returned packages without an authorization form will be shipped back at customers own expense.
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect you must notify us within 5 days of receiving the merchandise.

Note your RA number on the package for proper and timely handling and processing.
Ship the merchandise securely wrapped with the pre-paid label you will receive via email.
Your return may take up to 2-3 business days to be processed. A confirmation email will be sent when the credit has been issued.
The customer is solely responsible for any customs, duties and/or foreign taxes the country may impose. If you return/refuse an item and we are charged, the duty/tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we credit your account.
To cancel orders placed with us at Fate by LFD, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
