Shipping & Return Policy
In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.
Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
We have very detailed quality control procedure. We are responsible for any defective items we are shipping out. However, following situation will be follow as special notice.
1. All accessories of the products like belt, necklace are separate from the merchandise. We won't consider the products as defective if problem happening on the accessories, but we will for sure send out the accessories replacement out for free at our own cost.
2. All photos are taken by our own photographer and studio with our own models and samples. Color in pictures may slightly vary based on the environment lighting. But we will make sure presenting the products in proper way. So slightly color variant won't consider defective. Our Quality control team for sure will stop the issues like sending wrong colors (like sending black items out for orders of blue items)
To cancel orders placed with us at Fashion Trend, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved. For order during regular processing time, cancellation request may be rejected if order is shipping on the same day since different shipping carrier having different pick up time, and also it is very hard to intercept regular shipping process.
