Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority! We hope you love the items you purchased from us as much as we do! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items according to our return policy below.
1. Client must contact a Fanco sales rep. or email us at [email protected] - explaining the reason for the return/exchange. Returns or Exchanges will only be honored when notified within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
2. RA approvals could take 1-2 days depending on the situation.
3. After approval, client will receive an RA#. Make sure to : MARK THE RA# CLEARLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX you are returning.
4. The returning box MUST have a packing list (OR JUST A LIST) of the items, color, qty they are returning.
5. Returning items MUST BE in the same packaging it was received OR NEATLY folded and covered in tissue or paper so we can resell the products.
6. Return Labels will only be sent if the returning reason has been approved or if it’s a manufacturer’s defect.
7. Once the RA box is received and checked. Your sales rep will email you a confirmation that your returning package has been received with the credit amount. Your credit will be applied to their next invoice automatically.
8. Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their tags will not be accepted for refund.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

To cancel orders placed with us at Fanco, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
