Shipping & Return Policy
Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged on arrival or the wrong item was sent. Damaged claims will be accepted within 15 business days from the shipped date. Damaged returns will be issued a store credit. We do not issue refunds in any case. Every RA will be resolved, case by case.

Please note: All returned items MUST be in their original purchase condition; including the original product packaging and labels.

Once we received your claim, you will receive a confirmation with a RA (Return Authorization) number.
The RA number MUST be written on the original packing before sending the package back. Please allow 10-15 business days for your return to process.
***RETURNS WITHOUT AN RA# WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.***
RETURNING BY MAIL (U.S.), UPS or FedEx.
Authorized RA# must show on the outside of return box or on return label. Upon
receipt of box, it will be processed within 5 business days, except holidays.

Shipping Charges: Company will not be responsible for any shipping charge/s.
To cancel orders placed with us at Episode, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
