Dee Elly offers basic essentials for everyday with a young and fun feel. 4SI3NNA gives a more elevated, sleek, date night style vibe for our sexy girl. Both lines offer a diverse selection of the latest trends offering contemporary classics with feminine fits.

Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy

Refunds and exchanges are NOT accepted. Defective items must be claimed within 14 days of receipt or delivery date.

All defective items must obtain RA# by emailing the following:
invoice number, style#, description of defect, and pictures(s).

Please do not call regarding defective or RA claims and allow 72 hours for response all RA requests. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at 4SI3NNA, please contact us at 213-536-5163 or by emailing [email protected] Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
