WE ARE 100% MADE TO ORDER meaning that we do not press the designs on the shirts until we receive your order. This is how we are able to offer open packs on all of our items. We do not keep inventory of printed shirts, only blank shirts. We press all designs on the tshirts in house at our warehouse in Carriere, MS. We press Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 8:00pm.
We print using a method called sublimation, which gives the design on the shirt a vintage effect. These are NOT screenprinted. Expect a vintage look to your designs. Please feel free to research sublimation printing online or contact us with any questions you have about our printing method before purchasing.
We DO NOT offer refunds, cancellations, or returns on any of our items. If an item is damaged, please send us a message with photos on FG and we will get with you within 1 business day with a solution. Each order is custom printed specifically for that customer which is why we do not offer refunds or cancellations.
Order Processing Step by Step: When you place an order, we print it out and mark it "confirmed" within one business day. After that, we get all of the prints and blank t shirts together to be able to press your order. Then, your order goes into our production line based on order date. Once we get to your order, we charge your card, print out your shipping label, and press the designs on your shirt. Your order is then shipped out via USPS where you can expect delivery within 3-5 business days (sometimes sooner).
We ONLY ship with USPS. We do NOT ship UPS or FEDEX. If you need express shipping, please message us and we will try our very best to accommodate your request!
Most tees are made with a high Polyester/Cotton blend meaning that they are soft and comfy! You can find the brand of each tshirt located in the product description of each listing.

Shipping & Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE. If you receive defective items (defects are defined as an error with the design printed, t-shirt has holes/stains/runs in material, or we send you the wrong item), please notify us ASAP. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within two (2) business days after receipt of goods. Goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without forewarning our company and filling out a brief questionnaire through email as to your reasons for return. All return requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns should we proceed with your claim as well as the buyer agreeing to pay for return shipping. If the item is damaged, we will work with you on a feasible solution by either replacing your damaged items or issuing a store credit. Orders will generally be shipped within five (5) to seven (7) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods.
If you need your order by a certain date, PLEASE STATE SO IN THE NOTES SECTION AT CHECKOUT OR BY MESSAGING US ON LASHOWROOM MESSENGER.
Orders will be shipped by USPS ONLY. We currently do not ship UPS, FEDEX, or with any other provider.
ABSOLULTELY NO CANCELLATIONS OF ANY KIND. Should you believe that you have valid reason to cancelling an order, you can contact us ONLY by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page OR by emailing [email protected] Do not call with any returns, our phones are currently down in our new warehouse. Cancellation requests should be made within the same HOUR the order was placed. We are completely MADE TO ORDER, meaning that the moment you place your order it immediately goes into our line of production. Shirts and prints are made specifically for your order! Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
