Shipping & Return Policy
In general, all sales are considered final. Only defective merchandise is qualified for a refund or store credit. Store credit will be given on approved returns made within the specified time period. Orders will need to RMA with in seven (7) days after order was received. Credit will be denied 100% to returned orders we believe have any signs of wear. All sales are not subject to a refund, in most cases only, merchandise exchange or store credit will be issued. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable (including, nut not limited to all refused and unaccepted, or undelivered packages). A 20% restocking charge on all returned goods for a credit after seven (7) days. No exchanges and no returns on all CLEARANCE/PROMO items. No credit will be issued for duty and freight charges associated with any order placed.
Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses. All duty and shipping fees are customers responsibility.
To cancel orders placed with us at BRENDA SHOE SALES, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved"
