Ever since then, I worked in retail, manufacturing, running my sewing factory, selling textile and trimmings. Fast forward to the time I found my soul mate I knew once she catches up to where we need to be at, we can together cater to women's wear industry with knowledge, taste and comfort.

Shipping & Return Policy
All returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 calendar days upon receipt of goods.
All returns must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) received from Bestto. The RA number can be obtained by emailing to [email protected] or calling us at (213) 275-1268.
All unauthorized returns will be refused!
- THERE IS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ANY ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT AN RA#, returned past the grace period, or returned without its original packaging.
Return credits will be issued AFTER receipt of goods, in the form of STORE CREDIT only and after returned goods have been inspected by our return department.
Credit card refunds can NOT be issued.
Goods need to be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
We will NOT accept any items if they have been WORN, WASHED, ALTERED, SNAGGED, RIPPED, STAINED, and HAVE ODORS.
Please note that we will make NO EXCEPTIONS to the following return policy. It is your responsibility to inspect each item upon its arrival to your store. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL!
Any orders placed online are not subject to a confirmation via phone or email, all orders placed are considered final.
Shipping and handling are not refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages)
Shortages or damages are not replaceable, we will issue a in house credit.
Any damages are NOT subject to a refund, only inhouse credit.
Sample Policy (Copy paste in box below to use): Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
FOR CANCELLATIONS, CUSTOMERS MUST CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
All cancellation requests for any orders or back orders must send a written request through messages or email [email protected] prior to shipping. Any phone call cancellation requests will NOT be considered as cancelled.
If cancellations and / or Changes to the order are necessary, it MUST be made by written request Within 24 HOURS OF ORDERED DATE.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to request a cancellation of any pre-ordered items prior to shipping.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address on the order, and if the order was placed under an incorrect address it is not our responsibility to amend the issue.
