Best Shoes was established in 2000. We have a showroom in the Fashion District of Los Angeles, California. We like to keep our styles in stock, so most orders and styles will ship the same day.

Best Shoes' Return Policy
All returns must be in their original packaging and condition. There will be no exceptions made. We will not accept returns for special orders. All RETURNS must be approved and assigned a RMA # by Best Shoes within 7 DAYS of the delivered date of goods. If 1 pair was sold and found damages later on, we will not accept the return. (NO EXCEPTIONS) ALL return cases must be complete (no missing pairs) in order to receive an RMA#. No returns will be accepted without a RMA#. The buyer will pay for all return shipping costs. All RETURNS are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. The re-stocking fee will be automatically deducted from the refunded amount.
All DAMAGE claims, must be approved and assigned an RMA# by Best Shoes within 14 DAYS of the delivered date of goods. Best Shoes will only accept manufacture defects. No damages will be accepted without a RMA#. Damages to goods made during the delivery process will have to be claimed to the freight company. We will not accept any damage claims that are not manufacture defects. If you received an entire case with 80% or more damages, please contact us with valid pictures of proof so we can take the next steps in resolving the issue.
Form of refund may vary case by case.
Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Refund for damaged pairs will only be issued in the form of STORE CREDIT.
All returns and damages are subject to Best Shoes inspection and approval.

The more information you include in your initial e-mail, the faster we can process your claim.
Best Shoes' Cancellation Policy
To cancel orders placed with us at Best Shoes, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page.
Cancellations after the order has been processed will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
No cancellation on special orders. (orders made on customers behalf from the distributor.)

Best Shoes' Shipping Policy
Orders will generally be shipped within one (1) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
Depending on the availability of the different size runs, we will ship out which ever run is available. We usually carry A RUNS in stock, but larger size runs are also available upon request. All listed size breakdown varies depending on the brand of the shoes.
