Shipping & Return Policy
• REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE- store credit only
• All promotional and sale items are final sale
• All returns/exchanges/damaged items must be notified within 7 business days upon receipt
• To ensure proper processing, please include the following: Invoice#, Company, Address, Phone#, Style#, Quantity, Color, Reason, and Picture
• Any returns without an issued RMA# will not be honored under any circumstances. Discretion is advised
• We are not responsible for any lost packages for all returns. Using a carrier service that provides tracking and insurance is recommended
• A 20% restocking fee will applied for all returns and exchanges.
• Customers will assume all return shipping costs.
• Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags in place and in its original packaging
• Upon receipt, the merchandise will be inspected before store credit is issued in the amount paid after discount or reward was applied to the returned items(s) (Excludes any original shipping charges paid by you and the return shipping costs)
Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
To cancel orders placed with us at Baevely, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 20% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
