Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy

In general, all sales are considered final.
All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods.
Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company.
Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number.
All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise.
A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
Back orders and pre-orders will be shipped as they become available. All orders will be shipped as ready unless customer states to call before shipping.

Cancellation Policy

- All sales are not subject to a refund. In some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued.
- If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer must be approved before any order can be cancelled.
- All claims for damaged goods or shortages must be made within 7 days upon receipt of merchandise.
- All returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number.
- A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns.
- All returns must be shipped in full pack. Broken packs will not be accepted as return.
- Customers will be responsible to return the merchandise to our facility.
- Shipping and handling are non refundable
