Shipping & Return Policy
All inquires for returns, exchanges, and claims must be made via email to [email protected]
Claims for any damage and shortages must be made within 3 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.
All returns & exchange orders must be notified within 5 days upon receiving the order. Store credit will be issued after receipt of items and after they have been inspected by our Returns Department. Items must be returned in their original package.
All returns & exchanges must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You must receive the RA# from our sales representatives for your claim to be processed. No returns and exchanges will be accepted without the RA#. All credits will be applied as store credit. All returns & exchanges; excluding manufacturer defects are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. We recommend you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges, including rush charges.
Excluded from returns, exchanges are:
- Special order
Or any other damage caused by the receiver
Once RA# is issued the package be stamped by a courier within 3 days.
Please include the following information inside the package for faster credit/exchange.
- P.O.# or invoice#
- Style #
- Number of units
Item prices do not include shipping and handling fees.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)
No refunds. Exchange or merchandise credit only.
Credit card refunds cannot be issued.
ALL CLEARANCE AND SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES.
FINAL SALE ITEMS THEY CAN NOT BE RETURNED.
Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on the availability of goods. 01 Agrade is only using FedEx shipping service. If the buyer provides us the shipping label with other carriers (UPS or USPS), we charge a $10 handling fee. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses. Only ship within the USA.

All cancellations must be approved and confirmed by our sales representatives prior to shipping.
Orders can not be canceled after it has been shipped.
Please note if the buyer's payment method is pending due to the buyer's responsibility for 3 business days without any response, the vendor has the authority to cancel the order under this agreement.
