UPS is the used shipping method. Please note status of item availability may change quickly due to demand, you may message us for any inquiries.

Return Policy

In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise will be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.

Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise.

If we find any defects on the merchandise or there are signs of wear we reserve the right to not accept your return.

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately.


Once the item is received please allow up to 5-10 days for your store credit to be issued. Store credit excludes the shipping fees incurred though purchase.

Shipping Policy

Typically orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days after full payment has been processed. This can vary with product availability. Orders will be shipped in accordance to the selected shipping method made during product purchase, unless otherwise communicated. A single order can NOT be shipped to multiple destinations. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of all exchanges with no exception. International Shipping through UPS is not recommended. If you are subscribed to a shipping company in downtown LA please provide us the information needed to make the drop off.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be communicated and approved within the same day as order placement. To Star reserves the right to cancel orders that has a payment declination that has not been communicated or updated after 3 days of the order placed. To Star reserves the right to charge a fee of up to 15% of the value of canceled product for handling.
