Delays in Processing and Shipping Orders due to COVID-19
TO OUR NylonapparelUSA customers:�
The past couple of months have been challenging for many reasons and we want to say thank you for your support and patience during this difficult time. We�ve continued to prioritize the health and safety of our staff and community, but we know that has caused frustration with your orders and we�d like to apologize for the delay and fill you in on what is happening.

�We are currently operating at much less capacity,��slowing down the speed at which we can process orders. Due to the increased online demand and distribution changes, we appreciate there have been delays. As a result, we have been working at the highest capacity possible to ensure we are safely processing and delivering orders. Our teams are working exceptionally hard every day to work towards getting back on track with orders, responding to customer inquiries, return requests all with the goal of getting runners back out there.

As mentioned above,�some orders are delay�processing times. In addition shipped via UPS, USPS, DHL�who are also experiencing delivery delays. Please allow 10-14 days from the time you order.�

Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy

In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Nylon Apparel, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
