Shipping & Return Policy
Return Policy
Generally all sales are final.
Any and all claims defective or not must be communicated within 5 business days of receiving merchandise. Please contact customer service for an RA (Return authorization) number. Products returned will not be accepted without confirmation from a company representative and an RA.
All return value will be given as store credit
No credit will be returned with the absence of an RA.
All return request approval or denial will be communicated within 30 days of the customer receiving product. With the return of non-defective merchandise a restocking fee up to 30% of the product value may be implemented at the company's discretion.
Shipping Policy
Standardly orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days after full payment has been processed. This can vary with merchandise availability.
Orders will be shipped in regards to the selected shipping method made during merchandise purchase, unless otherwise communicated. A single order CANNOT be shipped to multiple destinations.
In regards to international shipping UPS is not recommended as shipping charges go up quite quickly, if you are subscribed to an international shipping company located in downtown Los Angeles please provide the required drop off information in the comments of the order and we will deliver it.

Cancellation Policy
Cancelations must be communicated and approved within the same day as order placed. (In the event that an order is placed on the weekend the cancelation(s) must be communicated the Monday of the immediate next week.) Limitless reserves the right to charge a fee of up to 15% of the total value of the canceled order for shipping and handling.
