Return Policy

All returns and exchanges for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Only incorrect or damaged items may be returned or exchanged. Please contact us before sending back a return or exchange.

Shipping Policy

Our preferred shipping method is UPS for domestic (USA) orders and USPS for international orders. We also ship via UCL and other options upon request.

First-time customers must pay via credit card. COD orders are shipped via UPS, and typically paid via money order/cashiers check.

If your preferred payment or shipment method is not listed, or if you have any other requests, please make a note of it in your order or contact us.

If you have ordered a dress that is not in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. Incomplete orders will be held until we receive notice on how to proceed.

First time orders and all orders placed over LAShowroom require a $200 minimum. If you wish to order a lesser amount for future orders, please contact us.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellations require authorization before order completion. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after approval.
